What’s involved

  • Design – This is the first phase where the client creates a vision for their new house and our team of experts turn it into reality. 
  • Permits and Approvals – Depending on the location, you will need permits and approvals from the local government.
  • Pre- Build – This involves preparing the site for construction, lay the foundation, and start building the walls, roof, and floor systems. The exterior walls are then sheathed, and the roof is covered.
  • The Build – From the installation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other essential utilities like insulation installation in the walls and ceiling, then drywall is installed. Finally, the interior finishes are installed
